don't have much to say these days

art trail over

on a downer

as we enter the last quarter of the year

7th sejour in the hospital ticked off

pain slightly duller after 'double the dose'

according to pain management specialist

fingers crossed this sets me up

for vietnam and cambodia and thailand

in 4 weeks time

oh the dread

why did we book this trip so long ago

way before my spine troubles began

nearly 2 years

one must go or lose all that money

'it will be good for you' my gp says

as she prescribes me antidepressants

at low dosage, apparently

it works to numb the nerves and dull the pain

happy birthday to me

35 next week.
